Warranty Claims and Australian Consumer Law
E-Motion products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. These statutory rights apply in addition to any express warranty offered by E-Motion or a manufacturer.
Current written coverage
The current E-Motion standard warranty periods and optional extended-warranty offer are published on the Warranty Protection page:
https://www.emotionwarehouse.com.au/pages/warranty-protection
That page is the customer-facing source of truth for component periods. A specific product listing, packaging or written agreement may state additional or different express cover; where it does, the applicable written term will be considered together with your Australian Consumer Law rights. E-Motion does not treat every e-bike component as having the same express-warranty period.
How to request support
Contact E-Motion at support@e-motion.com.au or 1300 300 906. Please include your order number, the bike or product model, a clear description of the issue, and photographs or video where useful.
We will review the information, explain any inspection or return steps, and assess the issue against the applicable written warranty and Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances and the law, the appropriate remedy may be repair, replacement, refund or another agreed solution.
Important conditions
Express warranty cover does not usually extend to normal wear, misuse, accident damage, unauthorised modifications, lack of reasonable maintenance or external causes. These exclusions do not limit any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Do not send a bike or component before E-Motion provides return instructions. Keep your proof of purchase and any relevant service records.
