A bike is described as eligible only for the exact configuration supported by current evidence. Motor rating, assist cut-off, throttle behaviour and jurisdiction all matter.
If the configuration is unclear...WE'LL VERIFY IT BEFORE YOU RELY ON THE CLAIM.
We will not treat a model family, peak-power figure or speed setting as proof of legal use.
